1. Introduction
TrickTrack respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data when you use our iOS app. We keep things simple and transparent: TrickTrack does not collect personal information, does not create user accounts, and does not store your videos on a server.
General audience: TrickTrack is not intended for children under 13. See "Children’s Privacy" below.
2. What We Collect
TrickTrack does not collect names, email addresses, usernames, passwords, or any other personally identifiable information.
TrickTrack does not require registration or authentication. There is no guest account, no login, and no backend profile.
3. Local-Only Videos (No Uploading)
Your videos stay on your device. When you choose clips from your camera roll, TrickTrack displays and organizes those videos locally on your device.
We do not upload or store video content, thumbnails, or related information on any server controlled by us.
4. No Analytics, No Tracking
TrickTrack does not use third-party analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies. We do not share data with analytics providers and do not run behavioral profiling.
We do not sell or share data for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Service Providers
TrickTrack does not use cloud databases or external services to process your personal data. We do not send video data or user identities to external processors.
6. Payments
TrickTrack does not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. If this changes in the future, any payment and entitlement information will be processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s policies. This Privacy Policy will be updated if we add payment features.
7. Location
TrickTrack does not request or access precise location and does not collect location information.
App stores and payment processors (if used in the future) may infer your region for pricing or tax compliance according to their own policies.
8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
TrickTrack is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
There is no account system and no personal data entry. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will address it.
9. Data Retention
Because TrickTrack does not collect personal data and does not store videos or identifiers on a server, we do not retain personal information on our systems.
Your videos remain stored in your iOS Photos app and are managed by you.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Because TrickTrack does not collect or store personal information, most data access, correction, or deletion requests will not apply. Videos remain in your Photos app and are controlled by you.
If privacy laws in your region grant you specific rights, you may contact us with questions and we will explain how they apply given that we do not maintain personal data.
11. Data Security
Video content is stored locally on your device. TrickTrack accesses your Photos only with your permission to read videos you select.
You can revoke access to Photos at any time in iOS Settings. We recommend using your device’s built-in security features (such as passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID) to protect your data.
